采用熔体流动速率仪、全自动真密度分析仪、落镖冲击仪、电子拉力试验机、高温凝胶色谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、雾度仪等分析了茂金属热收缩膜专用树脂EZP2703HH 的结构和性能,并与进口同类产品进行了对比.结果表明:该产品熔体流动速率约为 0.30 g/10 min,密度为 0.927 g/cm3,其力学性能及加工性能均达到进口同类产品水平,可实现进口产品的等量替代.高度支化的分子结构有利于茂金属热收缩膜热收缩性能的提升.
Development of Specialized Resin for Metallocene Heat Shrink Film
The structure and performance of specialized resin for metallocene heat shrink film EZP2703 HH were analyzed by melt flow rate meter,full-automatic true density analyzer,dart impact tester,electronic tensile tester,high temperature gel chromatograph,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,differential scanning calorimeter and haze meter,which were compared with similar imported products.The results show that the melt flow rate of the product is 0.30 g/10 min,the density is 0.927 g/cm3,and its mechanical property and processing property can reach the level of similar imported products,which can achieve equal substitution of imported products.A highly branched molecular structure is beneficial for improving the thermal shrinkage property of metallocene heat shrink film.
