Study on Crystallization Behaviors of PGA/PBAT Blend Film
A series of polyglycolic acid/poly(butylene-adipate-co-terephthalate)(PGA/PBAT)blend films were prepared using a single screw extrusion casting machine. The effects of PGA content changes on the crystallinity and molecular chain motion of each component in the PGA/PBAT blend films were studied using small-angle X-ray scatterometer(SAXS),wide-angle X-ray scatterometer(WAXS),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and broadband dielectric impedance spectrometer. The results show that the crystallinity of PGA and PBAT in PGA/PBAT blend film is affected by the amount of PGA used. The crystallinity of PGA shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of PGA amount. When the mass fraction of PGA is 40%,a special local ordered structure is formed in PGA/PBAT blend film, which has guiding significance for the practical application of PGA/PBAT blends.
