Structural Analysis of Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Film Special Material
The structure and properties of two kinds of imported biaxially oriented polyethylene(BOPE)film speciality(SP3022 and TF80)and domestic metallocene linear low density polyethylene(mLLDPE)film speciality(EZP2010 HA)were analyzed and compared by using gel permeation chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(NMR)and so on.The results show that compared with EZP2010 HA,SP3022 and TF80 have lower melt flow rates,wider relative molecular weight and distribution,higher density,higher melting temperature,higher crystallization temperature,higher crystallinity,higher content of thick wafers,lower shear viscosity and are more suitable for biaxial stretching processing.
