赛克季戊四醇混合改性树脂的制备及性能

以六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)、赛克和季戊四醇(PER)为原料,磷酸为催化剂,通过干法醚化和缩聚合成了一种新型的赛克季戊四醇混合改性树脂成炭剂.结果表明:该混合改性树脂的热稳定性和对聚丙烯(PP)的阻燃性能介于PER改性树脂和赛克改性树脂之间,但混合改性明显改善了阻燃材料的颜色.赛克和 PER 的物质的量比对混合改性树脂的热稳定性、阻燃性能及阻燃材料的颜色有影响,赛克与PER最合适的物质的量比为 1.3∶1.0.
Preparation and Performance of Resin Modified with a Mixture of THEIC and Pentaerythritol
Using hexamethylene-melamine(HMM),THEIC and pentaerythritol(PER)as raw materials and phosphoric acid as catalyst,a new type charring agent of resin modified with a mixture of THEIC and PER was synthesized by dry etherification and polycondensation.The results show that the thermal stability and flame retardancy of the modified resin on PP were between those of the PER modified resin and the THEIC modified resin,but the color of the modified resin is improved significantly.The heat stability,flame retardant property and color of flame retardant materials are affected by the molar ratio of THEIC and PER.The optimum molar ratio of THEIC and PER is 1.3∶1.0.
