Preparation and Properties of Hydrolysis Resistant PLA/PBS/Talc Powder Composites
Polylactic acid(PLA)/polybutylene succinate(PBS)/talc powder composites with different mass fractions of bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)carbodiimide(Carbo D)were prepared. The hydrolytic stability of PLA/PBS/talc powder composites was studied through mechanical properties test, terminal carboxyl titration test,Fourier infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and hydrolytic aging test. The results show that the addition of Carbo D can significantly improve the hydrolysis resistance of PLA/PBS/talc powder composites. When the mass fraction of Carbo D is 1.0%,the composite material has the best comprehensive performance, with a tensile strength of 45.68 MPa and an impact strength of 5.54 kJ/m2.At 85℃and 85% humidity conditions, the tensile strength still reached 31.62 MPa after 48 h hydrolysis aging, which only decreased by 30.78%.
