以中化泉州石化有限公司生产的低熔抗冲聚丙烯C7025N(记为PP-1)为研究对象,研究了 2 种增刚成核剂对PP-1结构与性能的影响,并与 2 种商业化产品(分别记为PP-2,PP-3)进行了结构和性能比较.结果表明:2 种增刚成核剂均能提升PP-1 的熔体流动速率(MFR)、弯曲模量和拉伸强度,但缺口冲击强度变化不明显,同时,结晶温度和热变形温度均明显升高,且刚韧平衡性均与PP-2、PP-3 处于同一水平,满足制品要求,所得制品在跌落测试和四层堆叠测试中均有良好表现.
Abstract
The low melt flow rate(MFR)impact resistant polypropylene C7025 N(referred to as PP-1)produced by Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was taken as the research object.The effects of two types of stiffening nucleating agents on the structure and properties of PP-1 were studied,and the structure and properties were compared with those of two commercial products(referred to as PP-2 and PP-3 respectively).The results show that both types of stiffening nucleating agents can enhance MFR,flexural modulus and tensile strength of PP-1,but the change in notch impact strength is not significant.At the same time,the crystallization temperature and hot deformation temperature are significantly increased,and the stiffness toughness balance is at the same level as those of PP-2 and PP-3,meeting the requirements of the product.The resulting product performs well in drop testing and four-layer stacking testing.
