高颜色稳定红色PA6材料的制备与性能

通过双螺杆挤出机制备了红色尼龙 6(PA6)材料,采用万能试验机、冲击试验机、分光测色仪和电子天平研究了在吸湿过程中不同种类红色颜料和增塑剂对PA6 材料综合性能的影响.结果表明:红色 PA6 材料的吸湿变色严重,红色颜料对PA6 材料的吸湿率影响很小.不同红色颜料所得红色PA6 材料的吸湿变色色差变化方向不同.有机红 178 与溶剂红 52复配使用明显改善了红色PA6 材料的吸湿变色问题.增塑剂用量越多,红色PA6 材料吸湿变色的改善效果越好.增塑剂的加入使得PA6 材料的刚性降低、韧性增加、吸湿率轻微下降.
Preparation and Properties of High Color Stable Red PA6 Material
Red nylon 6(PA6)material was prepared by twin screw extruder,the effects of various red pigments and plasticizers on the comprehensive properties of PA6 material during moisture absorption were studied by means of universal testing machine,impact testing machine,spectrophotometer and electronic balance.The results show that the hygroscopicity of red PA6 material changes seriously,and red pigment has little effect on the hygroscopicity of PA6 material.The hygroscopicity and color change direction of red PA6 material with different red pigments are different.The combination of organic red 178 and solvent red 52 improves the moisture absorption and discoloration of red PA6 material.The more plasticizer is used,the better effect of moisture absorption and color change of red PA6 material is.With the addition of plasticizer,the rigidity of red PA6 material decreases,the toughness increases and the moisture absorption decreases slightly.
