Research on Properties of GF Reinforced Regeneration Material of PA6 Fishing Net
The waste nylon 6(PA6)fishing nets were graded and recycled, and modified with glass fiber(GF),maleic anhydride grafted ethylene octene copolymer(POE-g-MAH)and silane coupling agent(KH550).The results show that the addition of GF can improve mechanical properties of recycled materials such as notch impact strength and flexural modulus, but it will reduce melt flow rate(MFR).When the mass fraction of GF is 30.00%,with the increase of POE-g-MAH dosage, the notch impact strength of the three recycled materials gradually increases, and the bending modulus first increases and then decreases, reaching the maximum value when the POE-g-MAH mass fraction is 5.00%.When the mass fractions of GF,POE-g-MAH,and KH550 are 30.00%,5.00%and 0.25%respectively,the welding strength of the recycled materials for the first and second grade products exceeds 54.0 MPa,meeting the welding requirements of the product.
