3PE防腐PE专用料配方优化设计

以聚乙烯(PE)电缆回收料为主要原料,制备了再生三层结构PE(3PE)防腐PE专用料,并通过万能材料试验机、熔体流动速率仪、密度天平和热变形维卡测试仪研究了其性能.结果表明:加入聚烯烃弹性体(POE)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)均可以提升 3PE防腐PE专用料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率.当PE电缆回收料、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、二甲基硅油、炭黑、irganox 1010、irganox 168、POE的用量分别为 70.00 质量份、30.00 质量份、0.50 质量份、6.00 质量份、0.30 质量份、0.20 质量份、2.00 质量份时,3PE防腐PE专用料的各项性能满足GB/T 23257-2017《埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐层》的性能要求,测试值表现出良好的稳定性,且PE电缆回收料用量较大,具有深入研究的价值.
Formula Optimization Design of 3 PE Anticorrosive Polyethylene Special Material
Using polyethylene(PE)cable recycling material as the main raw material,three-layer PE(3 PE)anticorrosive polyethylene special material was prepared.Its performance was studied using a universal material testing machine,melt flow rate meter,density balance and thermal deformation Vicat tester.The results show that the addition of polyolefin elastomer(POE)or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)can improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of 3 PE anticorrosive polyethylene special material.When the amounts of PE cable recycling material,high density polyethylene(HDPE),dimethyl silicone oil,carbon black,irganox 1010,irganox 168 and POE are 70.00,30.00,0.50,6.00,0.30,0.20 and 2.00 phr respectively,the various properties of 3 PE anticorrosive polyethylene special material meet the performance requirements of GB/T 23257-2017"Polyethylene Coating for Buried Steel Pipeline".The test values show good stability.The amount of PE cable recycling material is relatively large,which has the value of in-depth research.
