大粒径MCA阻燃剂的制备与应用

摘要
通过母液回用制备了大粒径三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)阻燃剂,采用扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪、激光粒度分析仪等分析了母液 pH 值、反应温度和反应时间对MCA粒径的影响,并研究了大粒径MCA对尼龙 6(PA6)性能的影响.结果表明:当母液 pH 值为 5.5~6.5、反应温度为 100℃、反应时间为 2 h 时,MCA 的平均粒径约为 3.5μm,颗粒大小很均匀;PA6/MCA复合材料表现出良好的阻燃性能,且拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度受MCA用量影响均较小.
Abstract
A large particle size melamine cyanurate(MCA)flame retardant was prepared by mother liquor reuse.The effects of mother liquor p H value,reaction temperature and reaction time on the particle size of MCA were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analyzer,laser particle size analyzer,etc.The effects of large particle size MCA on properties of nylon 6(PA6)were also studied.The results show that when mother liquor p H value is 5.5~6.5,reaction temperature is 100℃,and reaction time is 2 h,the average particle size of MCA is about 3.5 μm,and the particle size is relatively uniform.PA6/MCA composite material shows good flame retardant properties,and the tensile strength and notch impact strength are less affected by the amount of MCA used.
