摘要
针对汽车刹车泵体在注塑成型过程中出现翘曲变形、收缩和缩痕的问题,采用 Moldflow软件对 3 种浇注方案和 2种冷却方案进行筛选,有效抑制了泵体注塑成型过程中缺陷的形成,提高了产品的精度和质量.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of warping deformation,shrinkage and shrinkage marks during the injection molding process of automotive brake pump bodies,Moldflow software was used to screen three pouring schemes and two cooling schemes,which effectively suppressed the formation of defects in the injection molding process of pump bodies,improved the accuracy and quality of products.
