摘要

从双峰分布和炭黑填充两方面简述了双峰分布聚乙烯 PE100 级黑色燃气管材"白斑"产生的原因,分析了产品质量与混配挤出设备之间的关系.对 3 家主要制造商的螺杆优化措施和试验结果进行了分类与整理,从双螺杆旋转方向、啮合程度和功能区长度等 3 方面详细分析了螺杆几何构型与混合效果的关系,并对其未来发展进行了展望.

Abstract

The causes of"white spots"in bimodal distribution polyethylene PE100 grade black gas pipes were described briefly from two aspects:bimodal distribution and carbon black filling.The relationship between product quality and mixed extrusion equipment was analyzed.The screw optimization measures and test results of three major manufacturers were classified and organized.The relationship between screw geometry and mixing effect was analyzed in detail from three aspects:twin-screw rotation direction,meshing degree and functional zone length,and its future development was prospected.
