摘要
制备了哌嗪改性聚磷酸铵(PAPP),采用聚磷酸铵(APP)和PAPP对聚丙烯(PP)进行阻燃改性.结果表明:PAPP对PP的阻燃效果明显优于APP.APP和PAPP对PP的初始降解温度影响较小;PAPP能够提高PP的最高降解温度,而APP对其影响不大.当阻燃剂用量相同时,PAPP阻燃PP的拉伸强度大于APP阻燃PP.
Abstract
Piperazine-modified ammonium polyphosphate(PAPP)was prepared.The flame retardant modification of polypropylene(PP)was carried out using ammonium polyphosphate(APP)and PAPP.The results show that the flame retardant effect of PAPP is better than that of APP.APP and PAPP have little effect on the initial degradation temperature of PP,and PAPP can increase the maximum degradation temperature of PP,but APP has little effect on it.The tensile strength of PAPP flame retardant PP is greater than that of APP flame retardant PP when the amount of flame retardant is the same.
