高效无卤阻燃环氧树脂的研制

基于聚焦磷酸哌嗪的膨胀型无卤阻燃剂FRT-22P1制备了阻燃环氧树脂(EP)材料,并对其性能进行了测试.结果表明:FRT-22P1的加入能显著提高EP的阻燃性能,FRT-22P1质量分数达到10%时,材料的垂直燃烧测试(UL-94)可达到V-0级,极限氧指数(LOI)可达到29.5%.FRT-22P1的加入使材料失重5%时的温度下降,残炭量增加,FRT-22P1在分解过程中表现出良好的成炭能力.UL-94测试后产生的炭层中存在P—N—C结构,可显著提高炭层的稳定性.FRT-22P1主要在凝聚态表现出阻燃活性.低质量分数的FRT-22P1与EP基体具有良好的相容性,加入FRT-22P1的EP材料缺口冲击强度提升了 21%左右.
Preparation of High Efficiency Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Epoxy Resin
A flame retardant epoxy resin(EP)material was prepared based on the expandable halogen-free flame retardant FRT-22P1 with focused piperazine phosphate,and its properties were tested.The results show that the addition of FRT-22P1 can significantly improve the flame retardant performance of EP.When the mass fraction of FRT-22P1 reaches 10%,the vertical combustion test(UL-94)of the material can reach the V-0 level,and the limit oxygen index(LOI)can reach 29.5%.The addition of FRT-22P1 reduces the temperature at 5%weight loss and increases the amount of residual carbon.FRT-22P1 exhibits good carbonization ability during the decomposition process.The presence of P—N—C structure in the carbon layer generated after UL-94 testing can significantly improve the stability of the carbon layer.FRT-22P1 mainly exhibits flame retardant activity in the condensed state.The low mass fraction FRT-22P1 has good compatibility with the EP matrix,and its addition increases the notch impact strength of the EP material by about 21%.
