螺杆转速对IIR/PP型TPV性能的影响

采用电子拉力试验机、热氧老化箱、邵氏硬度计和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等仪器研究了动态硫化工艺下不同双螺杆挤出机转速对丁基橡胶/聚丙烯(IIR/PP)型热塑性硫化胶型(TPV)性能的影响.结果表明:随着螺杆转速的升高,IIR/PP型TPV的结晶温度(Tc)和熔融温度(Tm)略有增大,而邵氏硬度、热氧老化性能和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均变化不大.螺杆转速较低时,IIR/PP型TPV物理性能较差;随着螺杆转速升高,IIR/PP型TPV断裂伸长率和拉伸强度均逐渐增大;当螺杆转速为150 r/min时,IIR/PP型TPV的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度均达到最大值;当螺杆转速继续提高时,IIR/PP型TPV的物理性能有所下降.
Effect of Screw Speed on Properties of IIR/PP Type TPV
The effects of twin-screw extruder speed on the properties of butyl rubber/polypropylene(IIR/PP)thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)under dynamic vulcanization process were studied using electronic tensile testing machine,thermal oxygen aging chamber,Shore durometer and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results show that the crystallization temperature(Tc)and melting temperature(Tm)of the prepared TPV increase slightly with the increase of screw rotational speed,Still,the Shore hardness,thermal aging property and glass transition temperature(Tg)do not change significantly.When the screw rotational speed is low,the physical properties of the prepared TPV are poor.The elongation at break and tensile strength of the TPV increase with the increase of screw rotational speed.When screw rotational speed is 150 r/min,the elongation at break and tensile strength of the TPV reach the maximum value.When screw rotational speed continues to increase,the physical properties of the TPV decreased.
