Design of Large Injection Mold for Car Rearview Mirror Circles
A large injection mold with hot runner was designed.The cost had been reduced and the injection molding requirements had been met by using the gating system with a hot runner to a regular runner.The appearance quality of the plastic parts had been ensured,automatic pouring had been achieved and the mold had been fully automated by using the latent gates.The cooling of the mold was balanced and fast by using the temperature control system with a conformal waterway.The precision of the formed plastic parts had reached MT3(GB/T 14486-2008).
