Research Progress of Surface Quality Improvement of Microcellular Foam Products
Microcellular foam plastics and their molding processes were introduced.The causes and improvement methods of surface defects in microcellular foam injection molded products were elaborated.The impact of factors such as gas backpressure,mold temperature and gas saturation on the surface quality of products was analyzed,and its future development was prospected.
