环保增塑剂问题分析与建议

摘要
介绍了当前用于改进聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料制品性能的邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)、对苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOTP)等增塑剂,对传统增塑剂如DOP等的应用现状和存在问题进行了分析,对环保型增塑剂如柠檬酸脂类、对苯类、环氧类以及聚酯类增塑剂分别从其基本情况、生产工艺、物化性质等方面进行了分析阐述,并针对不同类型增塑剂的应用现状提出问题和建议,以期为环保型增塑剂的进一步研发应用提供借鉴.
Abstract
Current plasticizers,such as dioctyl phthalate(DOP)and dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP)used to improve the properties of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)plastic products were introduced.The application status and existing problems of traditional plasticizers such as DOP were analyzed.Environment-friendly plasticizers such as citric acid esters,para phenyls,epoxides,and polyester plasticizers were analyzed and elaborated from basic situation,production process,physical and chemical properties.Problems and suggestions were also proposed for the application status of different types of plasticizers to provide a reference for the further development and application of environment friendly plasticizers.
