摘要
通过对现场防腐涂料、压力容器设计、基材表面处理、施工工艺、养护工艺等进行全面分析研究,确定出现涂层失效的原因并提出具体失效解决方案,改进后涂层附着力良好、表面光泽度高,达到涂层质量要求.
Abstract
Throughout the comprehensive analysis of anti-corrosion coating,pressure vessel design,substrate surface treatment,construction technology,maintenance technology and other research,the causes of coating failure were determined and specific failure solutions was put forward.The improved coating had good adhe-sion and high surface gloss,which meets the quality requirements of the coating.
