主要介绍了油漆外观评价的售后痛点问题——锈蚀、装配过程碰划伤、外饰件外观、掉漆、颗粒异物,对售后问题分析后,涂装专业通过工艺参数优化、仿形细化调整、车身零部件镀锌件应用,达到油漆外观质量要求.
Abstract
The main problems in the evaluation of paint appearance after sale were introduced such as rust,scratch during assembly,appearance of exterior parts,paint shedding,particle foreign bodies,etc.After analyzing the after-sale problems,the quality requirements were meet by optimizing the process parameters,adjusting the profile refinement and applying the galvanized parts of the body parts.
