主要介绍了某商用车生产公司接市场客户反馈车身外饰件金属保险杠在使用过程中出现漆膜脱落问题的分析与处理过程.针对市场反馈故障件,通过对客户工作现场确认,同时进行宏观、微观失效分析以及材质成分分析,明确了故障原因并提出改进建议,为产品制造质量提供了有利保障,并为后续工艺的升级改善提供借鉴.
Abstract
This article introduces the analysis and treatment process of a commercial vehicle company receiving feedback from market customers that the paint film peels off the metal bumper of the exterior trim of the body during use.In response to the market feedback of faulty parts,through the confirmation of the customer's work site,at the same time,macro and micro failure analysis and material composition analysis were carried out.the cause of the fault was clarified and suggestions for improvement were put forward.It provides a favorable guarantee for the manufacturing quality of the product and provides reference for the upgrading and improvement of the subsequent process.
