摘要
随着航空工业转包生产的发展,供应商获得NADCAP认证已成为强制要求.本文通过介绍航空转包生产NADCAP认证、NADCAP化学处理项目认证审核的流程和典型不符合项案例,对NADCAP化学处理项目从审核网站操作、文件控制、人员培训、设备校验、材料控制、环境控制、试验与检验等方面的审核要求做了系统性的分析与建议,旨在加深供应商对NADCAP认证的理解,提高化学处理项目NADCAP认证效率.
Abstract
With the development of subcontracting in the aviation industry,it has become mandatory require-ment for suppliers to obtain NADCAP certification.A systematic analysis and recommendations have been made on the requirements of audit for NADCAP of Chemical Processing,including audit website operation,document control,personnel training,equipment calibration,material control,environment control,test and inspection,by introducing NADCAP of aviation subcontract production,accreditation process for NADCAP of chemical processing,and typical nonconformance cases.The article is intended to deepen suppliers under-standing of NADCAP and improve the accreditation efficiency for NADCAP of Chemical Processing.
