Reliability Research on Skid Stacker in Painting Shop
The skid in the painting shop undertakes the transfer function of body and parts in the production process.A painting shop with a capacity of 100 000 has nearly 300 skids,if the transferred empty skid is spread out,it will occupy a large area of the workshop building,which will cause a huge waste of the construction cost and space utilization rate of the workshop.In order to improve the space and area utilization of the workshop,reduce the area occupied by the empty skid,and make the production run efficiently and orderly,it is particularly important to stack and transport the empty skids.This article mainly studies the structure,working principle and daily maintenance of the skid stacking and destacking machine.
