摘要
工艺参数的调整对自动静电喷涂影响较大,而工艺参数中的距离参数是最容易受到忽视的一个参数,在不同的喷涂条件下,合理的距离参数可提高涂料上漆率,避免涂料浪费,降低对环境的污染.
Abstract
The adjustment of process parameters has a great influence on automatic electrostatic spraying,and the distance parameter in the process parameters is the most easily overlooked parameter.Under different spraying conditions,reasonable distance parameters can improve the coating rate,avoid coating waste,and reduce environmental pollution.
