动力集中型动车组涂装前激光清洗工艺基础研究

动力集中型动车组采用耐候钢制造,涂料防腐涂装前的基材表面质量是保证涂层质量的关键.激光表面作为一种新型非接触表面处理技术,相比打磨和喷砂,更符合国家绿色科技发展理念.通过样板工艺试验,激光清洁后的基材表面具有良好的清洁度和粗糙度.另外在一定条件下,表面处理后间隔24 h涂装,水性环氧金属涂料涂层附着力可达到5 MPa以上,破坏模式均为涂层内聚破坏.
Basic Research on Laser Cleaning Process before Painting of Power Centralized Multiple Unit
The power centralized multiple unit is made of weathering resistant steel,and the surface quality of the substrate before the anti-corrosion coating is the key to ensure the coating quality.Laser surface treatment,as a new type of non-contact surface treatment technology,is more in line with the national green technology development concept compared to grinding and sandblasting.Through the sample process test,the surface of the substrate after laser cleaning has good cleanliness and roughness.In addition,under certain conditions,the adhesion of waterborne epoxy metal coating can reach more than 5 MPa after 24 hours of sur-face treatment,and the failure mode is cohesive failure of the coating.
