摘要
在湿式喷漆工艺中,不同类型的过喷清漆经循环水捕捉后返回文丘里过程中,已脱黏的漆渣会在文丘里内产生不同程度的堆积、堵塞问题.本文通过对油漆絮凝剂的位置优化、调节,解决了现场文丘里积渣问题.
Abstract
In the wet spraying process,different types of oversprayed varnish are captured by circulating water and returned to the Venturi process.The debonded paint slag will produce different degrees of accumulation and blockage in the Venturi.By optimizing and adjusting the position of paint flocculant,the problem of venturi slag accumulation on site is solved.
