以汽车涂装为背景,研究了汽车四门涂装过程中出现的灰粒问题,并针对问题原因提出了相应改善方案.首先,结合帕累托图确定了 K车型四门涂装漆片问题(属于灰粒问题的一种)是影响该车型下线车高频问题的主要因素;其次,概述了 8D法的问题分析步骤与过程,并结合漆片问题描述了 8D法的启用标准;然后,通过鱼刺图法及其末端因素分析,确定了 K车型现有四门工装的结构缺陷是引发漆片问题的要因;最后,基于8D法的问题研究与实施,通过K车型四门工装优化降低了灰粒问题频次,减少了因灰粒问题而造成的返工成本,有效解决了长期困扰的涂装质量问题.
Research on the Ash Particle Problem of Four Doors of Automobile Painting Based on 8D Method
Based on the background of automobile painting,the problem of ash particles in the four-door painting process of automobiles is studied,and corresponding improvement plans were proposed to address the causes of the problem.First of all,combined with the Pareto diagram,the paint chip problem of four doors of K-model painting(which belongs to a kind of ash particle problem)is determined to be the main factor affecting the high-frequency problem of the off-line car of this model.Secondly,the problem analysis steps and process of the 8D-method are outlined,and the enabling standard of the 8D-method was described in combination with the paint chip problem.Thirdly,through the fishbone diagram method and its terminal factor analysis,the structural defect of the existing four-door tooling of the K-model is determined to be the main cause of the paint chip problem.Finally,based on the research and implementation of the 8D method,the frequency of ash particle problems was reduced through the optimization of the four-door tooling of the K-model,the rework cost caused by the ash particle problem was reduced,and the long-term problem of painting quality was effectively solved.
