高固体分FEVE氟碳涂料的性能测试及应用前景

摘要
以GK-573氟树脂为基体制备了性能优异的高固体分FEVE氟碳涂料.对基体氟树脂的红外光谱和氟碳涂料的耐候性进行分析测试,其性能完全满足各项行业标准,同时对高固体分FEVE氟碳涂料的性能、经济效益、VOC排放进行分析,结果表明其具有一定的市场前景.
Abstract
High solid FEVE fluorine coating with excellent performance was prepared by using GK-573 fluororesin as matrix.The infrared spectrum of the matrix fluororesin and the weather resistance of the fluo rine coating were analyzed and tested,its performance fully meets various industry standards.Meanwhile,the performance,economic benefit and VOC emission of high solid FEVE fluorine coating are analyzed,the results show it has a certain market prospect.
