摘要
采用熔融挤出法以环氧树脂E12为基料,加入硅树脂TC03、耐高温固化剂TC04、填料等制备了一种新型耐高温粉末涂料.通过优化填料种类和用量,对涂料配方进行有效改进,使制得的粉末涂料在马弗炉中能够耐250 ℃高温.通过对粉末涂料进行耐冲击、附着力、耐酸碱、耐溶剂、耐水煮等性能测试,验证该配方的合理性,并通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析法(TG)表征涂层性能,其最佳工艺参数下的固化温度为149 ℃.
Abstract
In this paper,a new type of high temperature resistant powder coating was prepared by melt extrusion method with epoxy resin E12 as base material,silicone resin TC03,high temperature resistant curing agent TC04 and filler.The powder coating can be resistant to 250 ℃ in muffle furnace by optimizing the filler type and dosage and improving the coating formula effectively.In this paper,the impact resistance test,coating adhesion test,acid and alkali resistance,solvent resistance,water resistance and other properties of the prepared powder coating were tested to verify the rationality of the formulation,and the properties of the coating were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG),the curing temperature at the optimal process parameters is 149 ℃.
