高温烘烤对有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂膜应用性能的影响及评估

主要探讨了高温烘烤对有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂膜应用性能的影响,并进行了评估.试验结果表明,采用不同的硅胶修饰剂,其对丙烯酸酯类树脂涂层的抗老化能力有一定的影响.以乙烯基硅氧烷、甲基三氯硅烷、聚乙烯基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷为主要原料,采用多种硅氧烷对水溶性硅氧烷进行改性,并系统表征硅氧烷对水溶性硅氧烷的影响.研究表明,该体系在较高温度下具有较好的耐焙烧能力,其耐焙烧能力的表现由低到高依次为:乙烯基硅氧烷、甲基三氯硅烷、聚乙烯基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷.
The Effect of High Temperature Baking on the Application Performance of Silicone Modified Acrylic Resin Coating and Its Evaluation
In this paper,the effect of high temperature baking on the application performance of silicone modified acrylic resin coating was discussed and evaluated.The experimental results show that different silicone modifiers have a certain effect on the anti-aging ability of acrylate resin coatings.Water-soluble siloxanes were modified with vinylsiloxanes,methyltrichlorosilanes,polyethylenylsiloxanes and poly-dimethylsiloxanes as the main raw materials,and the effects of siloxanes on water-soluble siloxanes were systematically characterized.The results show that the roasting resistance of the system is as follows:vinylsilicane、trichloromethylsilicane、polyvinyl siloxane、polydimethylsiloxane.
