Study on the Performance of Permeable Waterproof Emulsion in Concrete Protection
Several groups of permeable waterproof emulsion were prepared in this paper.The durability and waterproof performance of concrete are verified.The results show that permeable waterproof emulsion can significantly improve the durability and waterproof effect of concrete.The contact angle of the concrete surface treated with it can reach 98.5°,which is 20° higher than that of the concrete treated with closed waterproof emulsion.It can infiltrate into the 3～11 mm inside the concrete,so that the concrete has the effect of"three-dimensional waterproof";the concrete specimen treated by it begins to be destroyed after 60 more salt freezing cycles than ordinary concrete,which significantly improves the salt frost resistance;the outdoor test section also fully verified the improvement of the durability and water resistance of concrete by permeable waterproof emulsion.
