摘要
通过研究汽车涂装漆膜一致性与机器人喷涂轨迹的关系,确定影响漆膜一致性的关键因素.通过优化车身边角、锐边棱线造型特征部位的机器人喷涂轨迹及喷涂参数,进而提高汽车涂装整体外观.
Abstract
By studying the relationship between the consistency of automobile painting film and the trajectory of robot spraying,the key factors affecting the consistency of painting film are determined.By optimizing the robot spraying trajectory and spraying parameters of the body corner and sharp edge ridge modeling feature parts,the overall appearance of the automobile coating is improved.
