摘要
双摆杆输送设备广泛应用于汽车涂装线的前处理电泳生产过程,为汽车涂装线的产能提升发挥了重要作用.对双摆杆输送设备转载关键位失效情况进行探讨,并提出预防措施,提升了摆杆输送设备的运行稳定性.
Abstract
Double pendulum rod conveyor is widely used in the pre-treatment and electrophoresis production process of automobile coating line,which plays an important role in improving the production capacity of automobile coating line.In this paper,the failure of key position of transfer of double pendulum rod conveyor equipment is discussed,and preventive measures are put forward to improve the operation stability of pendulum rod conveyor equipment.
