摘要
基于实践经验,从配方和应用角度阐述了汽车修补漆领域的水性铝粉漆的颜料定向机理、影响铝粉定向排列的各种可能因素,包括从原料选择、搭配,配方设计、优化,再到施工应用条件的设定、控制等一系列完整的过程.并以通俗的术语和实用的方式对其进行梳理和总结,为开发水性金属铝粉漆配方特别是水性汽车修补铝粉底色漆提供一些可能的方向和建议,同时也可以作为水性珠光漆的参考.
Abstract
Based on practical experience,the pigment orientation mechanism of waterborne aluminum powder paint in the field of automotive repair paint and various possible factors affecting the orientation of aluminum powder were expounded from the perspective of formula and application,including a series of complete processes from raw material selection and matching,formula design and optimization,to the setting and control of construction application conditions.It is combed and summarized in popular terms and practical ways,which provides some possible directions and suggestions for the development of waterborne metal aluminum powder paint formulations,especially the development of waterborne automotive repair aluminum powder primer,and can also be used as a reference for waterborne pearlescent paint.
