Research on the Process Plan for Improving the Transfer Efficiency of Automotive Painting
This article systematically elaborates on the definition and influencing factors of automotive spray transfer efficiency,and elaborates in detail on the influence of spray parameter factors on the transfer efficiency.Based on the ABB RB1000 spraying equipment,significant improvement in the transfer efficiency was achieved by optimizing spraying parameters,improving spraying trajectory,and introducing an intelligent evaluation system without changing hardware on site.
