摘要
针对粉末涂装附着力不良问题的原因,从人、机、料、法、环5个方面进行汇总分析.通过分析发现:人体汗液、涂装设备老化、工件材质、前处理脱脂材料、陶化材料、粉末以及涂装环境均会造成粉末涂装附着力不良.通过分析产生附着力不良的原因,提出对应的现场管控方法和建议,供大家预防和借鉴.
Abstract
This article summarizes and analyzes the causes of poor adhesion in powder coating from five aspects:human,machine,material,method,and environment.Through analysis,it was found that human sweat,aging of coating equipment,workpiece materials,pre-treated degreasing materials,ceramic materials,powders and coating environment can all cause poor adhesion of powder coatings.By analyzing the causes of poor adhesion,corresponding on-site control methods and suggestions are proposed for prevention and reference.
