Color Difference Quality Management Process Optimization in Paint Workshop
Color difference is one of the significant quality standards in the automotive manufacturing paint process,with the continuous development of the market and increasing customer demands,the quality of color difference is being increasingly emphasized.Based on the color difference quality standards and onsite process conditions,the paint workshop promptly initiated a color difference quality improvement project,the paint workshop implemented process optimizations including paint batch management,spray process control,vehicle assessment procedures,and bi-direction color matching evaluations.These optimizations effectively and consistently improved the color difference quality.The project provides a whole process and systematic management scheme for the color difference control in automobile factory.
