介绍了保险杠外饰件前处理和面漆涂装工艺流程,油性漆与水性漆在塑料件生产线喷涂施工过程中的一些差异,重点例举塑料件喷涂过程中常见漆膜弊病、产生原因及补救措施.
Abstract
The pretreatment and topcoat coating process of bumper exterior parts are introduced,and some differences between oily paint and water-based paint in the spraying process of plastic parts production line are introduced.The common film defects,causes and remedial measures in the spraying process of plastic parts are highlighted.
