摘要
集装箱体积大,自身质量大,喷涂多面多棱角,梁与面要进行不同的喷涂工艺.完成焊接成箱体结构后,整体进行内、外部喷涂.介绍了集装箱一种大规模自动化生产工艺和面漆喷涂新方法,从而达到高标准防腐目的.
Abstract
The container is large in volume,its own weight is large,and the spray is multi-faceted and angular,and the beam and surface should be sprayed with different spraying processes.After completing the welding into the box structure,the whole internal and external spraying.This paper introduces a large-scale automatic production process and a new coating method for container,so as to achieve high standard anticorrosion.
