Through the feasibility analysis and laboratory test,the changes of bath parameters and performance tests after the lack of renewal of electrophoretic paint for a long time and the aging phenomenon were studied.The risk control and problem verification of electrophoretic paint aging were analyzed in detail,and some suggestions were provided for the field debugging and application of electrophoretic paint aging.
