摘要

在融合教育背景下,培养具有融合教育素养的小学教育师资是现实需求.小学教育师资培养应采用"优化"模式,达到小学学科教育教学素养的培养和融合教育素养的培养之间的平衡与协调.为达成此目标,基于知识培养和基于实践培养的两条路径应各自达成内部协调并且相互配合,相辅相成.

Abstract

In the context of inclusive education,cultivating primary school education teachers with inclusive education competency is a practical need.In the process of cultivating primary school teachers,the"optimization"model is adopted to achieve a balance and coordination between the cultivation of primary school(subject)education competency and the inclusive education competency.To achieve this goal,the two coordination paths of knowledge-based cultivation and practice-based cultivation should each achieve internal coordination and cooperate with each other to achieve complementarity.
