Statistical Modeling of the Inclusive Development of Special Education
The modernization of special education is an indispensable part of educational modernization, and reinforcing the inclusive development of special education is a direction of effort for the modernization of special education. This article initially approaches from the two aspects of"universality"and"benefit"in strengthening the development of special education, employing the TF-IDF algorithm,Principal Component Analysis, and multiple linear regression methods to construct a statistical model to measure the inclusive development of special education. It also conducts a comparative analysis of the levels of inclusive development of special education in China and abroad over the past two decades based on this model. The results reveal that the inclusive development trend of special education in China is upward and positive, but there still exist issues such as the imbalance and insufficiency of developmental levels across different regions and the relatively low proportion of special education funding in regional educational funding. In view of the above problems,it is suggested to ensure the investment in special education,to improve the distribution of special education resources and to strengthen the construction of the specialized special education teachers.
