Pattern Construction of Vocational Capability Assessment for Persons With Disabilities:Based on the Perspective of ICF
ICF believes that disability is the result of the interaction between biology and environment. This conclusion changes people's understanding of disability, provides a new perspective for the assessment of vocational ability of persons with disabilities, and makes the assessment of vocational ability of persons with disabilities show ecological, supportive and systematic characteristics. From the perspective of ICF,the model construction of vocational ability assessment for persons with disabilities should incorporate the assessment into the large system of vocational education, rehabilitation and employment for persons with disabilities, and carry out a comprehensive assessment from four aspects, namely formulation of assessment plan, implementation of assessment, vocational training and employment placement. Therefore, the evaluators should carry out cross-field professional team cooperation, strengthen the case management of the vocational ability assessment of persons with disabilities, and put the vocational ability assessment of persons with disabilities in the vocational rehabilitation system.
