摘要

我国的专业学位硕士研究生教育发展迅速,为社会培养大批的应用型、创新型人才.培养听障专业学位硕士是我国残疾人教育和就业的一个里程碑.听障专业学位硕士研究生教育的完善,应从基础理论入手,结合听障研究生培养目标、课程体系、招生和就业等方面,构建符合听障学生特点、具有学术性基础和职业导向的研究生培养模式.

Abstract

China's master's education with professional degree develops rapidly,cultivating a large number of application-oriented and innovative talents for social construction.The cultivation of masters with professional degree in hearing impairment is a milestone in the education and employment of persons with disabilities in China.To improve it,it should start from the basic theory,combine the cultivation objectives,curriculum system,enrollment and employment of hearing-impaired graduate students,and build a graduate training model with an academic foundation and career orientation that meets the characteristics of hearing-impaired students.
