Reflections on the History Stages of Special Education
Understanding and dividing the historical stages is the premise of studying the history of special education.This paper states the different views and practices of the international and domestic special education fields on the historical stages of special education,reflecting the similarities and differences between the stages of special education history and the general education history.It is pointed out that the current definition of the development stages of special education in New China should be divided according to the three stages proposed by the Resolution on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century in 2021,and studied in the general context of the three stages.
