The Value Connotation and Implementation Path of"Social-Emotional Education Competencies"Training of Normal Students Under the Background of Inclusive Education
Social-emotional competencies is a necessary condition for the social development of children and adolescents.Under the background of inclusive education,the cultivation of"social-emotional education competencies"of normal university students is the need of the development of social emotional ability of all students and the need of teachers'own growth and career development.At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of"social-emotional education competencies"of normal students in normal universities,such as unclear goal setting,single curriculum structure,absence of relevant courses and insufficient types of practical courses.To solve the above problems,the following approaches can be implemented:the curriculum standards of teacher education should reflect the idea of inclusive education;in the training program,it should add the curriculum modules with high relevance to the development of teachers'professional social emotional competencies;it needs to highlight the practice-oriented curriculum implementation and enrich the practice path of normal university students.
