Research on Impact Factors of Loyalty in Online Training for Special Education Teachers
This study used a questionnaire to investigate the main factors and affecting mechanisms of the loyalty of 324 special education teachers who participated in six months of online training in Beijing.The results find that the perceived quality of online training for special education teachers has a positive impact on training loyalty;the perceived value and training satisfaction of online training for special education teachers play a mediating role in the relationship between perceived quality and training loyalty respectively;the perceived value and training satisfaction also have a chain-mediated effect on the relationship between perceived quality and training loyalty,with perceived value having a more significant effect.The quality of online training for special education teachers should be improved from the perspective of the training content and training service quality;special education teachers should be guided to recognize the value of online training.
