根据洋葱模型素质理论,对165位优秀特殊教育教师事迹的文本数据进行三级编码分析,从稳定素质、可发展素质和易发展素质三个层次剖析与建构,形成了以精神特质、人格特质、角色特质为核心的优秀特殊教育教师特质模型.为更好地适应时代要求,特殊教育教师群体的专业化成长需弘扬"特教精神"、打造积极人格底色、塑造良好职业形象,以推动高素质专业化创新型特殊教育教师队伍建设.
According to the competency theory of"Onion Model",this study conducted a three-level coding analysis of text data from 165 outstanding special education teachers.It analyzes and constructs at three levels of stable quality,developable quality and easily developable quality,and forms a trait model of excellent special education teachers with spiritual traits,personality traits and role traits as the core.In order to better meet the requirements of the times,the professional growth of special education teachers needs to carry forward the"spirit of special education",build a positive personality base and shape a good professional image,so as to promote the construction of a high-quality professional and innovative special education teacher workforce.
