Reflections on Developing Special Vocational Education Under the Background of Inclusive Development of Special Education
The 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed to"strengthen the inclusive development of special education".Regarding the development of special vocational education,the"National Action Plan for the Development and Promotion of Special Education in the 14th Five-Year Plan"emphasizes special vocational education as the primary focus at the senior high school level.In alignment with the current national strategy of"strengthening the inclusive development of special education",this paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the background,significance,opportunities,challenges,and the current state of special vocational education.It also presents suggestions and measures on how to advance special vocational education in the new era.
