The accurate comprehension and implementation of the individualized education concept is an essential requirement for educating individuals with intellectual disabilities,as well as an inevitable choice to enhance the quality of education for them and promote educational equity in the new era.From the perspective of Marxist philosophy,this paper recognizes and understands the concept of individual education,and further clarifies the significance and value of individual education in education for individuals with intellectual disabilities.Qizhi School in Shunde District,Foshan City,Guangdong Province has long been dedicated to researching education for children with intellectual disabilities and has contributed experience in implementing the concept of individualization through curriculum construction,implementation,and evaluation.
